Meet Dr Cathy Wang

Originally from Sydney, Dr Cathy Wang graduated with a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Dentistry and a Master of Dentistry from La Trobe University in Victoria. After enduring one too many cold Victorian winters, she made the move up to warmer Brisbane — and hasn’t looked back since.Dr Cathy’s path to dentistry started young. After a great experience at her own family dentist as a little girl, she decided that dentistry was the career for her, and has been driven ever since to give her own patients that same positive, comfortable experience. She enjoys treating patients of all ages and finds it especially rewarding to build long-term relationships with the people she cares for.Outside the practice, Dr Cathy loves spending time in the kitchen cooking up a storm and is always keen to try the latest restaurant. Having eaten her way through Sydney and Melbourne, she’s now on the hunt for Brisbane’s best eats (recommendations welcome!). With a great sense of humour, she likes nothing more than unwinding after a long day with a good comedy series.
